Abstract: As an important mechanical equipment, water pumps are widely used in all kinds of production and living environments. As far as the installation and operation of water pumps are concerned, not only the installation work is relatively complicated, but also failures often occur in operation, therefore, in order to ensure the normal use of the pump, we must pay attention to the pump installation work and troubleshooting, to ensure the installation quality of the pump, to ensure that its due role. Taking this as the starting point, this paper discusses the installation and operation of the water pump, analyzes its common faults, and puts forward solving measures, so as to provide certain reference value for the rational utilization of the water pump.
