摘要: 随着社会经济的飞速发展，我国的交通运输行业获得蓬勃发展，高速公路工程项目的数量和规模获得前所未有的增加和拓展。基于此，高速公路工程项目的施工管理和施工质量引起人们的广泛关注。施工管理相关人员势必要对工程项目施工管理工作中存在的问题进行深入分析，并针对性地提出可行的处理措施。

Abstract: With the rapid development of social economy, my country's transportation industry has developed vigorously, and the number and scale of highway engineering projects have increased and expanded unprecedentedly. Based on this, the construction management and construction quality of highway engineering projects have attracted widespread attention. The relevant personnel of construction management are bound to conduct in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the construction management of the project, and propose feasible treatment measures pertinently.
