精细化管理方法在土木工程项目管理中的应用分析

摘要: 当前，建筑行业随我国社会经济以及市场竞争的不断发展产生了显著变化。为了更好地顺应社会需求，建筑企业之间的发展差异正变得越来越小，其市场核心竞争力逐渐转变成了细节管理。精细化管理的提出能够进一步增强企业之间的核心竞争力。基于此，本文探究了现阶段土木工程管理现状面临的问题，并针对这一系列问题浅谈了精细化管理的现状及其优势，以供参考。

Abstract: At present, the construction industry has undergone significant changes with the continuous development of my country's social economy and market competition. In order to better meet the needs of society, the development differences between construction companies are becoming smaller and smaller,and their market core competitiveness has gradually transformed into detailed management. The proposal of refined management can further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Based on this, this article explores the problems faced by the current civil engineering management, and discusses the current status and advantages of refined management for this series of problems for reference.
