Elementary Discussion on the Application of Milling Technology in Wushaoling No.1 Tunnel Concrete Pavement Surface

摘要: 铣琢工艺作为一种提高路面摩擦力以及构造深度的施工工艺,其能在路面上快速铣出不规则的纵向纹理,且对路面噪音无明显提高,不影响行车舒适度。同时提高了可能产生的后续工艺摊铺料或喷洒料的粘接能力。基于此,本文介绍了铣琢工艺的应用场合、性能、LX1850路面铣琢车以及其在乌鞘岭一号隧道混凝土路面施工中的具体应用,研究表明其应用大大增加原有路面防滑值,使路面纹理均匀且不伤害原有路面结构,具有良好的社会效果。Abstract: As a construction technology to improve the friction of the road surface and the depth of the structure,the milling process can quickly mill irregular longitudinal textures on the road surface without significantly improving the road noise and does not affect the driving comfort. At the same time, the bonding ability of the subsequent process paving materials or spray materials that may be produced is improved. Based on this, this article introduces the application occasions and performance of the milling process, the LX1850 pavement milling car and its specific application in the concrete pavement construction of Wushaoling No. 1 Tunnel. Research shows that its application greatly increases the anti-skid value of the original road surface. The pavement texture is uniform and does not harm the original pavement structure, which has a good social effect.
