智慧工地在项目安全管理中的应用

摘要: 当前提高工程安全管理水平，为项目施工顺利平稳推进提供有效支撑已是大势所趋。基于此，本文通过分析上海移动临港 IDC 研发与产业化基地（二期）中智慧工地中对安全管理板块的应用，简要介绍了智慧工地在提升工程安全管理能力，丰富工程安全管理手段，提高劳动效率等方面的成效，以期对类似项目的实践提供参考。

Abstract: It is a general trend to improve the level of project safety management and provide eff ective support for the smooth and steady progress of project construction.Based on this, this article analyzes the application of the safety management sector in the smart construction site in Shanghai Mobile’s Lingang IDC R&D and Industrialization Base (Phase II), and briefly introduces the smart construction site’s ability to improve engineering safety management capabilities, enrich engineering safety management methods, and improveThe effectiveness of labor effi ciency and other aspects is expected to provide reference for the practice of similar projects.
