Abstract:
The finite element method is an effective auxiliary tool for modern engineering design. The application of finite element method in structural design can improve the dynamic and static characteristics of vehicles. Many important assemblies on all-terrain vehicles use the frame as a carrier, and the rigidity and strength design of the frame is very important. The research introduces the finite element analysis method, optimizes the design of the ATV frame structure, establishes a finite element network model of the frame through geometric model conversion and import techniques, sets the boundary conditions according to the force of the vehicle, and the analysis shows that the frame stiffness meets the design requirements.
