Optimal Design Strategy of ATV Frame Based on Finite Element Analysis

摘要: 有限元法是现代工程设计的有效辅助工具,结构设计中应用有限元法可以提高车辆动静态特性。全地形车上许多重要总成以车架为载体,车架刚强度设计非常重要。本文研究介绍有限元分析方法,对 ATV 车架结构进行优化设计,通过几何模型转换导入等技术,建立车架有限元网络模型,根据车辆受力情况设置边界条件,分析表明车架刚度满足设计要求。Abstract: The finite element method is an effective auxiliary tool for modern engineering design. The application of finite element method in structural design can improve the dynamic and static characteristics of vehicles. Many important assemblies on all-terrain vehicles use the frame as a carrier, and the rigidity and strength design of the frame is very important. The research introduces the finite element analysis method, optimizes the design of the ATV frame structure, establishes a finite element network model of the frame through geometric model conversion and import techniques, sets the boundary conditions according to the force of the vehicle, and the analysis shows that the frame stiffness meets the design requirements.
