Application of Risk Management in Civil Construction Engineering Design

摘要: 民用建筑类工程的设计工作是一项系统的、复杂的生产活动,其包含信息、技术和管理等各个领域。工程设计对于项目的成本、质量、工期、安全等有着直接影响。突发的设计变化,会造成工程延期、成本增加,甚至还会导致项目失控。针对不同的风险选择与之相应的应对方法和措施才可有效控制风险。基于此,本文结合民用建筑工程设计中存在的风险及风险等级分类,从风险应对的七种方法着手分析,阐述了对民用建筑工程设计风险的管理流程与应对措施,以供参考。Abstract: The design of civil construction engineering is a systematic and complex production activity, which includes information, technology, management and other fields. Engineering design has a direct impact on the cost, quality, duration and safety of the project. Sudden design changes will cause project delay, cost increase, and even cause the project out of control. According to different risks, the corresponding countermeasures and measures can effectively control the risks. Based on this, combined with the risk and risk level classification in civil construction engineering design, this paper analyzes the seven methods of risk response, and expounds the management process and response measures of civil construction engineering design risk, for reference.
