Abstract:
The design of civil construction engineering is a systematic and complex production activity, which includes information, technology, management and other fields. Engineering design has a direct impact on the cost, quality, duration and safety of the project. Sudden design changes will cause project delay, cost increase,
and even cause the project out of control. According to different risks, the corresponding countermeasures and measures can effectively control the risks. Based on this, combined with the risk and risk level classification in civil construction engineering design, this paper analyzes the seven methods of risk response, and expounds the management process and response measures of civil construction engineering design risk, for reference.
