摘要: 在公路工程建设中，开展一定的现场管理十分重要，这样不仅可以有效完成建设投资成本的控制，还可以最大限度的提升建设单位的经济效益。基于此，本文探讨了强化施工管理的重要性，分析了公路工程现场施工管理当中存在的问题，研究了强化公路工程现场施工难点管理措施。

Abstract: In the construction of highway engineering, it is very important to implement certain site management, which can not only effectively control the construction investment cost, but also maximize the economic benefits of the construction unit. Based on this, this paper discusses the importance of strengthening construction management, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the field construction management of highway engineering, this paper studies the measures to strengthen the management of construction difficulties in highway engineering.
