Abstract: In project construction,bidding is a form of procurement,which adopts the method of bidding to compete for the project,so as to provide a fairer competition environment for all kinds of bidders In the process of economic development in our country.The construction industry is the earliest industry development in our country,is a pillar in the development of all walks of life in our country,is also a thriving industry,so the bidding in construction projects is very important.But it also belongs to a new industry,construction industry in the process of construction project bidding management doesn't solve the problem.Therefore,in the bidding process of the construction project,it is necessary to strengthen the management of the bidding process to ensure the fairness of the competitive environment and guarantee the quality of the construction project.This paper analyzes the problems that may exist in the bidding of the construction project at present, and puts forward some effective countermeasures.
