Abstract: The Kaifi Road project is located in Nigeria. The country has sharp internal conflicts, political turbulence,frequent terrorist activities, and fierce tribal conflicts. Therefore, the security issues in the areas along the project are facing major threats.Based on this, in order to do a good job in the public safety management of Kaifei Road project,this article conducts in-depth research and analysis, hoping to provide some reference for the public safety management of overseas projects.
