Abstract:
The torque transmission mechanism of hydraulic pressurizer mainly includes square torque transmission mechanism, hexagonal torque transmission mechanism, octagonal torque transmission mechanism and spline torque transmission mechanism. The torque transmission mechanism must bear large torque during drilling. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the mechanical simulation of torque transmission mechanism of hydraulic booster. Through the mechanical theory analysis and finite element simulation research on the traditional torque transmission mechanism of oil drilling tool hydraulic pressurizer,it is found that the piston shaft stiffness of octagonal torque transmission mechanism and spline torque transmission mechanism is similar and the maximum, and the friction generated by spline torque transmission mechanism is the minimum when the same torque is transmitted, so the spline torque transmission mechanism is the best choice.
