摘要: 本文探讨了土石方平衡概念，分析了建筑工程土石方平衡设计要点，阐述了施工技术要点。基于此，通过合理的设计与组织可充分利用土地资源，控制建设费用，同时对建筑工程土方平衡的设计与施工提供一定的参考。

Abstract: This article discusses the concept of earth and stone balance, analyzes the key points of the earth and stone balance design of construction engineering, and expounds the key points of construction technology. Based on this, reasonable design and organization can make full use of land resources, control construction costs, and provide a certain reference for the design and construction of earthwork balance in construction projects.
