摘要: 地基是建筑的基础部位，地基的稳固性和承载力将会对建筑工程的整体质量和安全产生直接影响，所以开展地基基础检测十分必要。基于此，本文首先概述了地基基础检测工作发展概况，对其工作范围、开展价值以及技术要点进行了简要分析，而后阐述了地基基础检测工作中的常见问题，并以此为基础提出了相应解决措施，希望能为相关工作人员带来参考。
