摘要: 研究表明工程造价风险评估在施工企业内部具有重要作用。具有运用科学合理的风险评估方法，能够降低造价风险给公司内部成本管理带来的不良影响，如造价风险给后期项目建设各过程带来的经济损失。因此要积极开展风险评级工作，根据风险形成的具体原因，制定风险防控对策，以期建立系统风险控制体系。

Abstract: Studies have shown that project cost risk assessment plays an important role in construction enterprises.The use of scientific and reasonable risk assessment methods can reduce the adverse effects of cost risk on the company's internal cost management, such as the economic loss caused by cost risk to various stages of project construction. Therefore, we must actively carry out risk rating work and formulate risk prevention and control countermeasures according to the specific reasons for the formation of risks, with a view to establishing a systematic risk control system.
