Abstract: With the development of smart logistics and smart warehousing technologies in iron and steel enterprises, in order to meet the needs of multiple regions, multiple suspension positions, and multiple exports in the production warehouse area of steel enterprises, an intelligent dispatching system for the same track and double straddle vehicles has been developed. The efficient transfer of steel coils in multiple spans is realized, and the transportation capacity of steel coils across spans is improved. Eliminates the shortcomings of two cross-cars being controlled manually by operators of different cross-zones and making phone calls. Make better use of the superiority of the automatic control technology of the straddle, realize more intelligent scheduling of the straddle, meet the requirements of multi-span and multi-task operation, and realize the efficient, stable and conflict-free automatic operation of the multi-span and double straddle.
