Design and Application of RCC Transportation Method with Over 100 m Full Pipe

摘要: 万家口子水电站挡水大坝高167.50 m,在碾压混凝土双曲拱坝中目前属于世界上第一高。为解决坝址区山高坡陡、峡谷险峻,入仓施工道路布置困难的问题,通过对混凝土垂直运输方式的比较,研制并采用了超百米级的满管系统作为碾压混凝土输送入仓手段,成功实现了坝体碾压混凝土的优质、经济、快速施工,并取得良好的技术、经济和社会效益。该超百米级满管的设计与运行使用注意事项值得类似工程借鉴。Abstract: With its height of 167.50 m, the water-retaining dam of Wanjiakouzi Hydropower Station is currently the world's highest RCC double-curvature arch dam. Because high hills, steep slopes and precipitous valleys are covered around the dam site area, it is very difficult to lay out the construction road connecting to the working face.By comparison of vertical concrete transportation methods, over 100 m full pipe transportation system have been developed and adopted as a means of transporting RCC into the working face, which has achieved good technical,economic and social benefits. Practice has proven that the method is worthy of reference for similar projects.
