EPC Cost Management Model Based on Lean Construction

摘要: 随着建筑领域的不断发展、EPC(工程总承包模式之一,Engineering Procurement Construction)模式被逐渐推广,随着竞争的不断加强,如何在风险较大的 EPC 模式下通过精益成本的管理提升自身竞争力是企业的一个关注重点。本文通过阐述 EPC 模式与精益建造技术有机融合,在精益建造策划过程中不断探索,通过精益建造核心理念实现零浪费、缩短工期并实现价值创造目标。进而实现项目管理水平尤其是成本管理水平的提高,助力企业核心竞争力的增强,实现与业主方双赢并推进市场开拓。Abstract: With the continuous development of the construction field, the EPC model is gradually promoted,and with the continuous strengthening of competition,how to improve its competitiveness through lean cost management under the EPC model with higher risks is a focus of the enterprise. This paper explains the organic integration of EPC mode and lean construction technology,and continuously explores in the lean construction planning process,and realizes zero waste,shortens the construction period and realizes the goal of value creation through the core concept of lean construction. In turn, the project management level,especially the cost management level,will be improved,and the core competitiveness of the company will be enhanced,achieving a win-win situation with the owner and promoting market development.
