Experiment Research on ERT-based Dredging Slurry Concentration Measurement

摘要: 疏浚泥浆产量计可以引入电阻层析成像技术(ERT)密度计来取代传统核技术密度计,本文介绍了基于ERT技术产量计的主要组成,分析了其核心组件ERT密度计工作原理及行业应用优势,并在施工现场进行了实验研究。通过试验记录、分析了不同泥浆密度下核技术产量计、ERT技术产量计测量数据和舱容直接测量数据,结论表明在水平安装时基于ERT技术产量计比基于核技术产量计测量数据更精确。Abstract: The dredged mud output meter can introduce electrical resistance tomography (ERT) density meter to replace the traditional nuclear technology density meter. This article introduces the main components of the ERT technology output meter, and analyzes its core component ERT density meter working principle and industry Application advantages, and conducted experimental research on the construction site. Through test records and analysis of nuclear technology yield meter, ERT technology yield meter measurement data and tank volume direct measurement data under different mud densities, the conclusion shows that the measurement data based on ERT technology yield meter is more accurate than nuclear technology yield meter when installed horizontally.
