摘要: 建筑消防设施的定期检查和维修非常重要，监督检查工作关系着消防设施的运行状态。日常工作中，必须要重视消防设施的检查和管理，对不同的消防设施和各类电线电缆进行检查，建立完善的消防设施监督检查制度和责任制度，才能保证所在建筑的消防安全。对消防设施进行管理和维护，要重点检查建筑中的火灾自动报警系统、自动喷水灭火系统、防排烟系统、消火栓系统和防火分隔系统等。

Abstract: The regular inspection and maintenance of building fire-fighting facilities is very important. The supervision and inspection work is related to the operation state of fire-fighting facilities. In daily work, we must pay attention to the inspection and management of fire-fighting facilities, inspect different fire-fighting facilities and various wires and cables, and establish a perfect supervision and inspection system and responsibility system of fire-fighting facilities, so as to ensure the fire safety of the building. The management and maintenance of fire-fighting facilities shall focus on the inspection of automatic fire alarm system, automatic sprinkler system, smoke control system, fire hydrant system and fire separation system in the building.
