Abstract: Project management is an extremely important part of the civil engineering construction process. The perfection of its quality management has become an intuitive expression of whether the civil engineering has the core competitiveness in the modern development.Civil engineering involves a wide range of fields, and when implementing construction project management, it should be fully controlled to ensure that civil engineering projects meet the requirements of construction standards.Based on this, this article analyzes the problems in the process of civil engineering construction management, and proposes corresponding solutions and management measures on this basis, in order to provide references for relevant professionals in the industry.
