Design and Fault Analysis of Mechanical and Electrical System

摘要: 如今,工程建设的速度越来越快,在一些工程项目中机械电气系统占据十分重要的地位,因此,人们也对机械电气系统提出了更高的要求。但在实际工作过程中,由于机械电气系统运行中经常会出现各种各样的故障,所以针对机械电气系统进行科学的维护和管理显得十分重要,能够有效提高机械电气系统的运行效率。因此,在本文中首先简单介绍了机械电气系统的组成,然后对于机械电气系统的设计要点进行了分析,最后针对常见的机械电气系统故障,探讨了几点有效的处理措施,希望能够进一步提升机械电气系统运行水平。Abstract: Nowadays, the speed of engineering construction is getting faster and faster, the mechanical and electrical system is very important in some engineering projects, so people also put forward higher requirements for the mechanical and electrical system. However, in the actual work process, because the mechanical and electrical system often appears in the operation of a variety of faults, so the scientific maintenance and management of the mechanical and electrical system is of great significance, it can effectively improve the operating efficiency of mechanical and electrical system. Therefore, in this paper, the composition of the mechanical electrical system is briefly introduced at first, then the main points of the design of the mechanical electrical system are analyzed, and finally, some effective treatment measures are discussed for the common mechanical electrical system faults, hope to further improve the level of mechanical and electrical system operation.
