摘要: 当前,建筑业市场繁荣发展,公路建设行业作为基础建设已经处在成熟稳定期,随着建筑企业多元化发展,中铁、中交、中建及外国企业的强势竞争,导致地方企业成长空间被逐步挤压。现在,全国公路规划网络建设基本完成,缺少新的优质路产投资机会,项目少,竞争异常激烈。作为施工企业,为了满足当下招投标评标办法,在经营投标中取胜,除了提高企业本身的资质、财务能力、人员机械等综合实力外,还需要优化施工组织设计及方案,精心合理编制报价,潜心研究报价的竞争策略和组价技巧。基于此,本文根据工作实际和以往报价经验,对公路工程项目中,工程量清单模式下如何做好投标报价的一些方法和策略作以简要 论 述。Abstract: At present, the construction industry market is prosperous and the highway construction industry as an infrastructure is in a mature and stable period.
