Numerical Simulation of Construction of Steel Sheet Pile Cofferdam without Internal Support

摘要: 钢板桩围堰是水下工程施工经常采用的一种支护结构,其在施工环境中受到较大水压力作用,且检修维护困难,因此其施工安全尤为重要。本文以中国澳门南湾湖 1 号名胜世界(金银岛酒店)的钢板桩围堰建设工程为例,采用有限元软件 ABAQUS 建立无支撑钢围堰数值模型,分析了多种型号钢板围堰在不同工况下的受力情况。结果表明,无支撑钢板围堰桩采用 FSP-III 和 FSP-IIIA 类型的拉森钢板材料能够满足施工承载力和变形要求。Abstract: Steel sheet pile cofferdam is a kind of support structure often used in underwater engineering construction, it is subjected to large water pressure in the construction environment, and maintenance is difficult, its construction safety is particularly important. This paper takes the steel sheet pile cofferdam construction project of No.1 scenic spot world (gold and Silver Island Hotel) in Macao, China as an example, the finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish the analysis model of the unsupported steel cofferdam, the stress conditions of various steel plate cofferdams under different working conditions are discussed. The results show that, the unsupported steel plate cofferdam pile adopts FSP-III and FSP-IIIA type Larsen steel plate materials to meet the construction bearing capacity and deformation requirements
