Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of my country's social economy, the number of people has increased day by day, which has driven the rapid growth of the real estate economy to a certain extent. At the same time, the real estate industry has made great contributions to the growth of my country's GDP. However, with the continuous development of the real estate economy, numerous problems have emerged one after another. This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the dilemma of real estate economic management, and proposes an eff ective way out, for reference.
