Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, China has made great progress in the construction industry, after entering the 21st century, the internal competition in China's construction industry is increasing, which reflects the importance of China's construction industry in the process of economic management. This paper mainly analyzes various problems in the process of building economic management, and puts forward corresponding solutions, so as to improve the work efficiency and quality in the process of building economic management, improve the construction level of our country,as well as the international competitiveness.
