Study on Construction Technology of CFG Pile Composite Foundation for High-rise Building

摘要: CFG桩复合地基在高层建筑中的应用,可大幅提升地基承载力,有效控制建筑物的沉降变形,同时其具有良好经济效益。随着社会经济的发展,在城市化进程不断加快的今天,土地资源愈加珍贵,随着建筑 设计逐步向高层化、大型化发展,开展CFG桩复合地基研究具有重要意义。基于此,本文在全面了解CFG桩 复合地基加固机理的基础上,结合具体案例,对高层建筑CFG桩复合地基施工技术要点进行分析,并在此基 础上,通过试验检测了CFG桩的完整性,以期有效提升高层建筑的施工质量。

Abstract: The application of CFG pile composite foundation in high-rise buildings can greatly increase the bearing capacity of the foundation and effectively control the settlement and deformation of the building. At the same time, it has good economic benefits. With the development of social economy and the accelerating process of urbanization today, land resources are becoming more precious. With the gradual development of high-rise and large-scale building design, it is of great significance to carry out research on CFG pile composite foundation. Based on this, based on a comprehensive understanding of the CFG pile composite foundation reinforcement mechanism, combined with specific cases, this article analyzes the key points of the construction technology of the high-rise building CFG pile composite foundation, and on this basis, the integrity of the CFG pile is tested through tests. In order to effectively improve the construction quality of high-rise buildings. -
