Study on Construction Technology of Embedded Drainage Pipe in Basement Floor

摘要: 建筑物的地下室施工建设过程中存在的抗浮力的技术能力问题,设备设施问题,工程前期状况考察调研不足,建筑工程设计存在缺陷,施工过程质量控制不严,施工人员技术水平不足等诸多原因,可能造成建筑工程的地下室预埋排水管抗浮力设施不稳定,出现管道渗透、断裂等问题,从而造成建筑工程地下室的破坏。本文主要结合建筑工程施工案例,对地下室底板预埋排水管施工技术进行研究。Abstract: In the process of building basement construction, there are many problems, such as anti-buoyancy technical ability, equipment and facilities, lack of investigation and research in the early stage of the project, defects in architectural engineering design, lax quality control in the construction process, insufficient technical level of construction personnel,etc., which may cause instability of anti-buoyancy facilities of embedded drainage pipes in the basement of building engineering, and lead to pipeline penetration, fracture and other problems, thus causing damage to the basement of building engineering. In this paper, the construction technology of embedded drainage pipe in basement floor is studied based on construction cases.
