Research on Key Technologies of Prefabricated Concrete Components in Prefabricated Buildings

摘要: 对于装配式建筑来说,在设计无误的情况下,构件质量的最相关因素与环节就是构件的预制。对于不同地区而言,由于其规范标准等要素的差异,各地需要针对自身实际情况形成适合本地区的装配式建筑构件生产的规程。本文将对预制混凝土构件主要关键技术进行研究分析,从工厂化生产的条件、构件生产流程入手,对主要关键技术进行系统、科学的研究,相关研究可以为装配式建筑的设计与应用提供有益的经验借鉴和参考。Abstract: For prefabricated buildings, in the case of correct design, the most relevant factor and link of component quality is component prefabrication. For different regions, due to the differences of their specifications and standards and other elements, all regions need to form regulations suitable for the production of prefabricated building components in their own region according to their actual situation. In this paper, the main key technologies of precast concrete components will be studied and analyzed. Starting from the conditions of industrialized production and component production process, the main key technologies will be systematically and scientifically studied. The relevant research can provide useful experience and reference for the design and application of prefabricated buildings.
