Abstract: My country has a vast territory and very rich land resources. At present, with the increasing speed of urbanization and the increasing development of urban planning, the rational and eff ective application of land resources is of paramount importance. The smooth development of urban planning is strictly prohibited from being aff ected by land planning. The allocation of land resources is a particularly important part of the process of urban construction and development, and the two are closely related. In order to strengthen the coordination of the relationship between the two, it is necessary to carry out in-depth analysis and systematic interpretation, so as to provide theories for urban planning and land use, and then form two complementary situations of reconciliation.
