Experimental Measurement of the Position of the Vortex Tail End of a Cyclone Separator and Its Infl uencing Factors

摘要: 为了能够对旋风分离器的漩涡尾端位置进行准确测量,利用筒锥式旋风分离器,通过红墨水式示踪可视化地实施分离器内流型,对轴向和径向不同位置的压力信号实施具体测量分析,并探讨了旋风分离器旋涡尾端位置的因素。Abstract: In order to be able to accurately measure the position of the tail end of the vortex of the cyclone separator, utilizing the cone-shaped cyclone separator, visually implement the flow pattern in the separator through red ink tracer, implement specifi c measurement and analysis of pressure signals at diff erent positions in the axial and radial directions, the factors of the position of the tail end of the vortex of the cyclone separator are also discussed.
