Application of Microwave Heating Technology in Asphalt Pavement Maintenance

摘要: 沥青路面因其行车舒适、噪音小、平整度良好等优势在高速公路建设中得到了广泛应用。然而,在车辆荷载和自然因素的长期作用下,路面病害时常发生,尤其是裂缝、车辙、坑槽等较为普遍。传统热补方法存在施工周期长、交通影响大、施工效率低等不足,微波加热技术作为一种新型的路面修补方法,其是一种修补迅速、效果良好的沥青路面养护技术,该技术可有效克服传统热补方法缺点,将其用于旧路养护维修具有重要的现实意义。为此,本文在充分了解微波加热基本原理的基础上,分析了沥青混合料微波加热修复后的路用性能变化情况,并结合具体案例,探讨了微波加热技术在沥青路面养护中的应用要点。Abstract: Asphalt pavement has been widely used in highway construction because of its advantages of comfortable driving, low noise and good smoothness. However, under the long-term effects of vehicle load and natural factors,road surface diseases often occur, especially cracks, ruts, pits, etc. are more common. The traditional hot patching method has the shortcomings of long construction period, large traffic impact, low construction efficiency, etc. As a new type of pavement repair method, microwave heating technology is a rapid repair and good effect of asphalt pavement maintenance technology, which can be effective It is of great practical significance to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional heat repair method and use it for the maintenance and repair of old roads. Therefore, on the basis of fully understanding the basic principles of microwave heating, this paper analyzes the road performance changes of asphalt mixture after microwave heating repair, and combines specific cases to discuss the application points of microwave heating technology in asphalt pavement maintenance.
