Transient Analysis of Rail Milling Based on ANSYS Workbench

摘要: 为了确定钢轨在铣削任意时间变化载荷作用下弹性扣件的响应,运用有限元分析软件 ANSYS Workbench 模块结合铣削理论对钢轨进行瞬态分析。分析贴合实际工况,铣削力遵循傅里叶级数方程下评价某大型养路机械现有布局结构铣削瞬态响应。本文主要通过两个方面分析来验证现有布局结构铣削瞬态响应 :相同铣削螺旋角,不同走行速度瞬态分析 ;相同走行速度,不同铣削螺旋角瞬态分析。

Abstract: In order to determine the response of elastic fastener under the action of milling load at any time, the transient analysis of rail was carried out by using the fi nite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench module combined with milling theory. According to the actual working conditions, the milling force follows the Fourier series equation to evaluate the milling transient response of the existing layout structure of a large road maintenance machine. In this paper, two aspects are analyzed to verify the milling transient response of the existing layout structure: the same milling helix angle, diff erent running speed transient analysis; transient analysis of the same running speed and diff erent milling helix angle.-
