Study on Formwork Erection Technology for Control Tower Dome Roof of Mwanza Airport in Tanzania

摘要: 穹顶屋面由于其结构受力合理、外型圆滑美观,受到各国设计师的青睐,其多被应用在工业与民用建筑中,然而穹顶支模与平面支模相比,因圆弧面在空间中是一个三维变化的,因此如何准确定位保证圆弧曲面模板的成型规矩是穹顶支模的难点。本文以姆万扎机场控制塔穹顶屋面支模为例,重点介绍了该穹顶屋面的支模技术。为解决该穹顶弧形底板支模难题,利用计算机 CAD 设计软件在电子版图纸中拾取穹顶的弧长、径高、半径等关键数据,现场按相应尺寸实地放样制作弧形肋辅助穹顶定型,弧形肋间分区域填铺模板固定,模板下方采用短木方及钢管架体作支撑体系。实践表明使用该方法工艺操作简单、施工速度快、混凝土成型效果好。Abstract: Dome roof is favored by designers all over the world because of its reasonable structural stress and smooth appearance. It is mostly used in industrial and civil buildings. However, compared with plane formwork, dome formwork has a three-dimensional change in space, so how to accurately determine the position and ensure the forming rules of arc surface formwork is the difficulty of dome formwork. Taking the roof formwork of the control tower dome of Mwanza airport as an example, this paper mainly introduces the formwork technology of the dome roof. In order to solve the problem of supporting formwork for the arcshaped bottom plate of the dome, CAD software was used to pick up the key data of arc length, diameter, height and radius of the dome in the electronic drawing. The arc rib was set out according to the corresponding size on the spot to assist the dome shaping. The arc rib was filled and fixed in different regions, and the short square timber and steel pipe frame were used as the support system under the formwork. The practice shows that this method has the advantages of simple operation, fast construction speed and good concrete forming effect.
