Analysis and Optimization Design of Monitoring Interface Based on GE Unit

摘要: 研究发现目前GE燃驱机组的HMI监控界面,缺少启机顺控画面和重要报警监控界面。操作人员在启机和日常监控时,需不断的进行画面切换观察,因此导致工作效率的降低。本文借鉴沈鼓压缩机组的启机顺控画面,对GE压缩机组建设时未设计启机顺控画面问题进行优化,增加新的启机顺控画面和重要报警监控界面,并完成对画面的组态和实测,以期达到提高工作效率的目的。Abstract: It is found that the HMI monitoring interface of GE combustion drive unit lacks the screen of starting machine and important alarm monitoring interface. When the operator starts the machine and monitors the daily operation, he needs to constantly switch the screen and observe, which leads to the decrease of work efficiency. In this paper, the starting sequence control screen of shengu compressor unit is used for reference to optimize the starting sequence control screen not designed during the construction of GE compressor unit. New starting sequence control screen and important alarm monitoring interface are added, and the configuration and measurement of the screen are completed, so as to achieve the purpose of improving work efficiency.
