The Application Status and Improvement Measures of Traction Motor Automatic Cleaning Equipment are Analyzed

摘要: 牵引电机自动清扫设备是由朔黄铁路与科研单位联合研制,旨在解决牵引电机传统作业模式“脏、乱、吵”的问题,改善员工作业环境,提高作业效率。设备基于工业机器人技术、高效除尘技术、高精度RGV 定位技术等,将牵引电机的清洁工作科学分解,作业过程不再需要人员直接介入,电机表面、定子内部、电枢内部的清洁工作均有工业机器人和专用自动化设备完成。自正式投入使用至今,设备使用情况良好,本文将对设备应用现状进行分析,并提出改进意见和改进措施。Abstract: Traction motor automatic cleaning equipment is jointly developed by Shuohuang railway and scientific research units, aiming to solve the traditional operation mode of traction motor "dirty, disorderly, noisy" problem, improve the working environment of staff, improve the efficiency of operation. The equipment is based on industrial robot technology, high-efficiency dust removal technology, high-precision RGV positioning technology, etc., to scientifically decompose the cleaning work of traction motor, the operation process does not need direct intervention of personnel, the cleaning work of motor surface, stator interior and armature interior are completed by industrial robots and special automation equipment. Since it was put into use, the equipment has been in good condition. This paper will analyze the application status of the equipment, and put forward improvement suggestions and measures.
