Abstract: In order to enhance the safety of the old school buildings, more and more comprehensive or partial structural reinforcement is applied in school renovation program. The writer of the paper takes the Comprehensive Renovation Project of Tanzhi Middle School as an example to explore the practice of No.3 Document of Shanghai Housing Construction and Management, 2020. Through the research and analysis of difficulties and the key points, the writer wants to find out a new renovation method and application for the partially unsafe buildings in Pudong educational project.
