Abstract:
With the diversification of concrete performance requirements, more and more types of admixtures are added in the mixing process. The conventional weighing measurement method is to measure its mass through a load cell. Since the load cell is very susceptible to factors such as vibration, shaking and wind, its measurement results are
unstable. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the weight measurement system and proposes a volume measurement system. The feasibility of the scheme is verified by the method of experimental demonstration. The conclusion and comparison of the experimental results show that external factors such as vibration, shaking, and wind measure the volume The influence of the system is small, and the volume measurement system ensures the measurement accuracy,which can greatly improve the characteristics of concrete.
