Research on Volume Measuring Device of Concrete Liquid Admixture

摘要: 随着混凝土性能要求的多元化,在其拌和过程中添加的外加剂种类也越来越多。常规的称重计量方式是通过称重传感器测定其质量,由于称重传感器极易受到来自震动、晃动以及风力等因素的影响,因此其测量结果不稳定。本文通过分析重量计量系统的特点,提出一种体积计量系统,通过实验论证的方法,验证了该方案的可行性,通过对实验结果进行归纳对比可知,震动、晃动以及风力等外部因素对体积计量系统的影响较小,体积计量系统保证了计量精度,可以大大提升混凝土的特性。Abstract: With the diversification of concrete performance requirements, more and more types of admixtures are added in the mixing process. The conventional weighing measurement method is to measure its mass through a load cell. Since the load cell is very susceptible to factors such as vibration, shaking and wind, its measurement results are unstable. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the weight measurement system and proposes a volume measurement system. The feasibility of the scheme is verified by the method of experimental demonstration. The conclusion and comparison of the experimental results show that external factors such as vibration, shaking, and wind measure the volume The influence of the system is small, and the volume measurement system ensures the measurement accuracy,which can greatly improve the characteristics of concrete.
