  • Pipeline system is widely used in industrial production. The design and application of pipeline system is very important. The network layout has the characteristics of cumbersome and complex data. If the actual assembly method is used for research and application, the workload is relatively large, and the rapid development of computer technology provides it with the pipeline simulation assembly method under the virtual environment, This method can provide an accurate basis for the research and application of pipeline assembly. According to the existing research data, combined with some experience in pipeline virtual assembly, this paper analyzes the process of pipeline virtual assembly system, introduces the differences between traditional manual methods and computer-aided methods, and expounds the basic process of virtual assembly and some key technologies in pipeline virtual equipment, Some suggestions for pipeline system information management are put forward. Through the research, we hope to provide some help and Enlightenment for pipeline virtual assembly.
