Difficulties and Measures of Construction Management in EPC Mode

In the current project construction, many enterprises have applied EPC mode, which effectively improves the construction quality of construction projects in China. The research shows that this mode can not only effectively reduce the overall production cost of the project, but also improve the construction progress of the project through effective supervision and management, so that the project can be completed within the agreed contract time. In view of this, combined with the author's many years of work experience, this paper analyzes the construction management difficulties in the EPC mode, and puts forward the corresponding solutions for reference.
