Finite Element Analysis of the Whole Working Condition of the Rotary Table Structure of the Shotcrete Truck

This article first uses the APDL language of ANSYS software to program the parameters such as the angle of the luffing arm and the telescopic length of the telescopic arm, and sort out the full working condition type of the boom structure. Analyze and obtain the displacement and stress distribution rules of the turntable structure and the stiffness, maximum strength and the most dangerous working conditions of the turntable structure. In order to ensure the structural reliability, and provide theoretical support for the optimization and modification design of the series of turntable products, on the basis of improving the design efficiency, it lays the foundation for the next step of lightweight design.
