Application of BIM Technology in Highway Construction Safety Management

In recent years, BIM technology has been widely applied in highway construction safety management in China. In road construction projects, BIM technology can be used to create the project information model,intuitively and simply describe the specific project and its implementation process, and also assist participants in each link of the project to use the digital model to conduct dynamic calculation or query, so as to achieve accurate information exchange.This paper mainly describes the development of BIM technology and how to apply this technology to solve the problems in highway engineering project management.
