On Construction Technology and Site Construction Management

However, in terms of the current development of the construction industry, many enterprises focus on their own economic interests, resulting in some problems in the actual construction process, which limits the development of China's construction industry. The most important thing in the construction process is the construction site management, which is directly related to the overall construction efficiency and quality of the construction project. Therefore, only by improving the management system of construction site, can we adapt to the requirements of Construction Engineering in the new era, improve the construction quality of the whole project, and bring more benefits to the enterprise. This paper discusses the construction technology and on-site construction management, for reference.
